PHASE 01
Free Consultation
At the start of any project, the consultation phase is key. During this crucial initial phase, everything is on the table. Our team will dive deep into the details of your project, reviewing any existing plans and materials you've provided us with. We'll also take a closer look at the property itself, examining the deed restrictions and land survey to ensure everything is up to code. We pull together all the necessary dimensions and specifications to create an accurate initial estimate. PHASE 02
3D Design and Plans

The initial scans of existing environments to the final presentation for approval, our team works tirelessly to ensure that every detail is perfect. And when it comes time to make decisions about finishes, materials, and hardware, we'll work closely with you to ensure that everything is to your specifications. With our virtual revisits, we are able to refine the design to perfection, ensuring that our clients are thrilled with the results and make any final tweaks before giving your stamp of approval.

PHASE 03
Project Mobilization and Startup
In our exciting process of bringing your project to life, the third phase is all about mobilizing and start up. We take great care in ensuring that everything is in place to meet deadlines, including ordering final finishes, materials, and appliances. We also sit down with you to carefully go over the project construction schedule so that we're all on the same page. Our team works hard to mobilize personnel and equipment to your site so that we're ready to hit the ground running. We take care of ordering all necessary permits and licenses so that you can sit back and watch your vision come to fruition. Once the project starts, we closely monitor every aspect, from city inspections to quality assurance, to ensure excellence in every detail.
PHASE 04
Project Completion with Final Walk
The moment has arrived. The project has finally come to completion. The final cleanup and finishing touches have been completed, ensuring that everything is in top-notch condition. To ensure that everything is ready to go, the final city inspections have been completed, and the proper authorities have been notified. As a team, we take pride in our work, and we want to make sure that everything is done according to the highest standards. Before we hand over the keys to the client, we will conduct a final walk to go through the punch list to make sure everything is in order.
